Being a people-oriented and passionate in human development, Nurazamila's shifted from media and advertising industry to coaching in 2014, from emotional agility to life coaching by supporting and empowering clients to experience life transformation by being authentic in making conscious decisions in their life areas; from financial, career, health, relationship, fun and recreation, personal growth to spiritual.

A firm believer of 'Health is Wealth', she then specialized her coaching towards health as a Self-Care Coach combining mind, body and soul approach where she helps clients to connect the dots between wellness and reclaim the spark in life.

She is a trainer in wellness, focusing on Self Care and had run few programs like Cahaya Depresi, Program Cahaya Kemaafan and The Power of Self Care. She was invited by Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga Dan Masyarakat in 2023 to share her journey on managing depression for a program called MATAHARI to inspire women in overcoming hardships.

Nurazamila brings over 10 years of experience in the coaching field, guiding both local and international clients from Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and Italy towards achieving their goals. Her expertise spans a wide range of coaching areas, including financial, career, personal growth, health, relationship, fun and recreation and spiritual. Nurazamila's diverse corporate client and professionals across various industries including telecommunications, healthcare, oil & gas, education, private companies and government agencies.

Nurazamila is currently holding Professional Development Director at International Coaching Federation Malaysia (ICFM) where she is responsible in managing local and international coaching program for ICF coaches in Malaysia. She is also a mentor, instructor and support coach for Frances' Coaching School (FCS) in supporting ICF coaching students.

Nurazamila also a published author, sharing her knowledge and insights through her books. Her passion for coaching is evident in her dedication to helping individuals and organizations thrive.
